Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
Let's make sense of things together.
Our lives and relationships are often overwhelming. When we face stressful times we often find we aren’t equipped to handle these struggles alone. I strive to approach therapy with honesty, empathy, and humor to help you feel seen, heard, and less alone. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I tailor my therapy approach to each client for individual, couples, or family therapy. I aim to provide a safe space for clients who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, meaning, purpose, relationship issues, and self-esteem. If this sounds like the kind of setting you are seeking, please call to schedule an initial visit. I primarily collaborate with adults (18+) who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, or childhood trauma. I use an approach that combines evidence based elements of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, acceptance & commitment therapy, and client centered therapy, as well as CBT and others. I also work with couples utilizing Gottman Method concepts.
