Psychologist
I welcome and affirm clients with a wide range of presenting issues and backgrounds. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!
I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your mental health related goals! I completed my PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas in 2016. I have experience in settings ranging from community mental health, the VA, college counseling center, and the prison system. I have a collaborative approach with my clients and we will work together toward identified treatment goals using evidence-based techniques. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email. I look forward to hearing from you! I provide compassionate, personalized care to a diverse range of clients, including teens, young adults, seniors, veterans, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I’m experienced supporting people from various backgrounds, including individuals who are neurodivergent, people of color, and those navigating body positivity or the court system. Using an eclectic mix of therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing, I work with clients individually and in couples therapy to foster meaningful growth. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I am dedicated to creating an affirming space where everyone feels seen and supported. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and United HealthCare in Kansas to help make care accessible.
