Affirming therapy for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and all walks of life.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by life’s struggles such as trauma or relationship and attachment issues? Perhaps you have been wondering about autism or ADHD as a potential diagnosis? Throw into the mix questions about gender or sexuality, and a general need to examine where you exist within an increasingly challenging society and how you are impacted by it. These are the issues that I enjoy navigating with my clients as we find a new, unmasked, comfortable way of living freely. If you are hurting and do not know where to start I can help. If you feel that you are at the end, we can find a new beginning. We will undertake the process of building an alliance that allows you to examine patterns of living and relationships that shape you. By taking a trauma-focused approach that includes individually tailored therapeutic approaches such as EMDR we will find the pain points within your life that need to be addressed so that you can move forward comfortably.
