Dr. Pagnani is the Medical Director and founder of Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, an Instructor at Johns Hopkins Hospital for the Department of Psychiatry and he supervises resident physicians in Psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. The 25 providers at "RPA" are generally able to see patients within 1-2 weeks, and have a focus on student mental health and Adult Psychiatry. His practice treats anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and substance use disorders. In-office and Virtual Telehealth appointments, with offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Paoli & Center Valley, PA, Manhattan, NY, Wilmington, DE, Collingswood, NJ & Delray Beach, FL. In addition to Medication Management and Psychiatric Evaluations, we also can provide full neuropsychological evaluations for accommodations at work and school, for ADHD, Autism and other Neurodivergence. We pride ourselves in thorough, evidenced-based, conscientious and holistic care. We will evaluate the whole individual, and make recommendations not only related to medication management (if indicated), but also diet, exercise, supplements, meditation/ yoga and general medicine as well.
