Change starts at the end of your comfort zone. I see the courage it takes to step into something new & I would be honored to support you on your journey.

*Currently accepting new in-person and virtual clients for summer and fall 2026* Some of the most transformative experiences often sit right at the edge of our comfort zones. Choosing to move toward something that matters, despite the discomfort or the unknowns. You might be looking for help with recognizing unhelpful patterns or learning a few coping skills that actually work during this new phase of your life. I offer a therapy experience that feels warm and approachable with a focus on helping you feel more confident and reclaim your direction in life. For nearly a decade, I have supported the positive change and growth of folks in the Triangle area. My style is warm, relaxed, and highly collaborative while grounded in empathy and focused on providing practical, real-life tools. I specialize in anxiety, relationship concerns, eating disorders, depression, OCD, life transitions, college counseling, and women's health. I'm deeply passionate about this work and committed to helping clients connect with their most authentic, intentional selves. If you're curious about how we might work together, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out today to explore if we could be a good fit!
