Growth begins at the end of your comfort zone. I see the courage it takes to venture into the unknown & I would be honored to support you on your journey.

*Currently accepting new in-person and virtual clients for fall 2026* *Prime location - in-person office on Broad Street across from Duke's East Campus* Hi, I'm Christine! I work with individuals who push hard for success, yet struggle to feel truly confident or in control of the choices they make. These challenges can keep us stuck in our own minds, be avoidant in taking risks, and stop us from making real changes. I'm here to help you reconnect with your mind and body for greater clarity, direction, and confidence. I strive to offer a therapy experience that feels like a conversation rather than a checklist, one where you feel safe to be yourself, supported through life's challenges, and encouraged as you grow. For nearly a decade, I have supported the positive change and growth of folks in the Triangle area. My style is warm, relaxed, and highly collaborative while grounded in empathy and focused on providing practical, real-life tools. I specialize in working with Duke students who struggle with anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and depression. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating relationship and attachment concerns as well as major life transitions. I'm deeply passionate about this work and committed to helping clients connect with their most authentic, intentional selves. If you're curious about how we might work together, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out today to explore if we could be a good fit!
