I bring a compassionate, relational approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral modalities and mindfulness. I specialize in grief, substance use disorders, and navigating sexuality and gender identity. I love to support people who are curious to explore the internal barriers that hold them back from greater confidence and deeper relationships. Together we will work towards healing from the painful relationship wounds that make it difficult to be the most whole, authentic version of yourself.
