I want to work with you to achieve the way you imagine change in your life.

Hi! I can't wait to work with you. I've been a therapist for young adults at a university counseling center for 10 years recently, but a therapist for 23+ years! I can help you with a variety of concerns in therapy, but my expertise is in anxiety and stress, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), academic struggles, self-esteem, and personal development. My online sessions consist of an array of methods, including interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapies, and Expressive Arts Therapy (using art and music to assist your growth). Opening up to someone can be nerve-wracking, but as your therapist, I’ll make your experience safe and at your pace every step of the way so that you can grow and “come out of your shell” to reveal the best version of you. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call so we can get you on the road you want. Talk soon!
