I offer non-diet, identity-affirming nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disordered eating, and intuitive eating.

As a non-diet, Health at Every Size-aligned dietitian, I guide my clients through nutrition without recommending weight loss or dieting. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I'm passionate about helping folks in all bodies recover from disordered eating behaviors in a way that feels safe and in line with their values. Diet culture is extremely pervasive, which means that recovery can be challenging. But ultimately, being able to enjoy food and feel comfortable in your body is worth the work it can take to get there. If you've long struggled with an eating disorder, let me help you start to change your behaviors and shift the way you think about food and your body. If you're newly diagnosed with an eating disorder, know that now is the absolute best time to seek help. Recovery is often easier if you start early. If you've never been diagnosed with an eating disorder but feel like you spend too much time worrying about food and your weight, reach out! Just because you don't have a diagnosis, doesn't mean you don't need and deserve help.
