I am currently booking virtual clients for July and August 2025. I look forward to working together!

I view therapy as a unique, dynamic space between two people where an alliance is being formed. Clients often come my way frustrated by not being heard by health providers or mental health therapists who lack empathy, understanding, or who come off as judgmental. My job is to meet you in a place where you can feel deeply seen, heard, and understood. My work uses the therapeutic relationship as a tool in-and-of itself (Psychodynamic and Attachment based work) as an opportunity to repair relationship ruptures, disconnection, and unhelpful patterns of relating. My clients and I will often wander into the depths of learning more about inner experiences and non-judgmental self-study (Somatic and Mindfulness Based work). Finally, past experiences are cunning in their scope of impact on our current reactions, triggers, and present experiences which we can unpack, reprocess, and tend to (Trauma and EMDR work). My therapeutic values are deeply informed by Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and the belief that all humans deserve respect, empathy, and compassion. You can be of any background, gender identity, political affiliation or worldview and are welcome in my office.
