Helping you face overwhelm, identity shifts, family stress, and big emotions—to find clarity, confidence, and a path that feels like yours!

Many adults come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You may be navigating intense emotions, grief, relationship patterns, work stress, parenting challenges, or reliance on alcohol or THC. You may also be managing more complex symptoms—OCD, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, or thoughts of suicide or self‑harm. Or you may be trying to untangle yourself from painful family dynamics, especially when neurodivergence or narcissistic traits are involved. I work with adults 18+ who want a therapist who is warm, validating, and deeply practical. From the very first session, I help you find language for what’s happening—because when you’re overwhelmed, even naming the problem can feel impossible. Once we have clarity, I’ll gently introduce new ways of thinking and coping so you can begin to feel more hopeful. My approach is active and collaborative. We identify what needs to be radically accepted and what can change. We highlight your strengths, interrupt patterns that keep you stuck, and build toward a future you may not fully see yet—but it’s there, and we’ll uncover it together. I use evidence‑based approaches including DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which have decades of research behind them. I also understand that identity matters. Race, culture, gender, family history, faith, ability, and socioeconomic status shape how we cope and how we thrive. Many highly capable adults feel lost in a world that has never been more complex. Labels that once fit may no longer describe who you are. Therapy can be the place where you rediscover your voice, your values, and your sense of belonging. Starting from exactly where you are, we will work together to help you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to the life you want to build.
