Her undergraduate degree was in Family Studies and Gerontology from SNU in 2012. She has spent the last 8 years providing mental health counseling in a community mental health setting and then transitioned into private practice. Much of her focus was on helping seriously mental ill (SMI) adults overcome trauma, domestic violence, depression, addiction, anger, anxiety, and management of suicidal ideations. Christina is paneled with Health Choice, Alliance Coal Group, Multiplan, Community Care, and BCBS. If you are longing to feel needed, heard, understood, and accepted, but fear holds you back, or you are afraid of rejection, I understand. Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss, relationship issues, and chronic suicidal thoughts keeps us paralyzed. Sometimes we need someone to walk with us; to guide us to help us be more confident and feel validated. If you are longing to overcome your insecurities so that you can feel peace and REALLY feel connected with others, then I can help you. After a while, it’s easy to begin thinking that nothing will help, but counseling really can make a difference.
