Christina Fitz

As a board-certified psychiatrist, my focus is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. I have a particular interest in bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychotic disorders, dissociative symptoms, and the emotional impact of major life or career transitions. My experience across inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and student mental health settings has shaped a comprehensive and flexible approach to treatment. I work collaboratively to ensure each person’s plan is individualized, practical, and aligned with their goals. I integrate medication management with supportive therapeutic techniques, drawing from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic principles, to help patients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and improve overall functioning. Creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space is central to my work, and I strive to help individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. My aim is to support lasting healing, resilience, and meaningful progress at every stage of life.
