Christina Fitz

As a board-certified psychiatrist, my focus is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in general adult psychiatry with additional focus on mood disorders, student mental health, ADHD, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and psychotic disorders. My experience across inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and student mental health settings has shaped a comprehensive and flexible approach to treatment. I work collaboratively to ensure each person’s plan is individualized, practical, and aligned with their goals. I integrate medication management with supportive therapeutic techniques, drawing from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic principles, to help patients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and improve overall functioning. Creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space is central to my work, and I strive to help individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. My aim is to support lasting healing, resilience, and meaningful progress at every stage of life.
