I help clients navigate change and provide a space to experience validation and support. I would love to talk further about how I can help support you.

I help people navigate change. Big changes and small changes: going to college, having a child, mourning the loss of a loved one, ending a relationship, grieving expectations and hopes around fertility, and so much more. If you have found yourself in the midst of a change or are looking for your life to feel different, you are in the right place and I am here to help. My goal is to come alongside you and meet you where you are...to be with you as you dig deeper. Together we can work to heal pain from the past and help change your future. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic lens and blend Emotion-Focused and Mindfulness-based interventions to help support each person's individual goals.
