I look forward to working with you. I have 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I provide treatment for a variety of issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship concerns and self-harm. I work with adolescents and adults and adapt therapy sessions to the needs of the individual client. Using approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and Interpersonal Therapy, I help you better understand yourself while providing coping skills to help improve your quality of life.

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
