I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in practice since 2004, providing psychotherapy and consultation through Relationshipped LLC. My work focuses on individuals, couples, and families navigating complex relational, personal, and professional challenges. I work primarily with high-functioning clients facing high-stakes decisions and entrenched patterns that impact relationships, identity, and stability. This includes infidelity, separation and divorce, family conflict, and the intersection of personal life with demanding professional roles. I also provide sex therapy and gender-affirming care, with specialized training as a Certified Sex Therapist Supervisor (AASECT) and postgraduate training in transgender healthcare. My approach is insight-driven, strategic, and grounded in family systems and attachment-based frameworks. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and incorporate psychoeducation to help clients understand patterns, communicate more effectively, and make deliberate, sustainable changes. When appropriate, I provide structured follow-up tools, including tailored materials to support continued work between sessions. In addition to clinical work, I offer forensic consultation and expert services in matters involving family systems and relational dynamics. I maintain a private-pay practice to ensure discretion, depth, and highly individualized care. My goal is to create a space where complex issues can be addressed thoughtfully and directly, supporting meaningful change and long-term stability.
