Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Therapist and Mental Performance Coach Empowering athletes to build practical tools to support performance, personal growth, & mental wellness.
Sport shapes more than your schedule - it influences your relationships, mindset, and sense of identity. As a former Division I athlete, I know what it’s like to show up every day carrying the weight of expectation and try to keep it all together. I also know how hard it is when you don’t have the space or support to process any of it. That’s what led me to become a therapist and mental performance coach: to be the support I once needed. In our work together, we’ll go beyond performance goals. We’ll explore what drives you, what drains you, and how to shift patterns so you can compete and live with more clarity and purpose. I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. We'll work on managing the inner critic, handling pressure, resting without guilt, and separating who you are from how you perform. You’ll gain skills that work when it matters most and a stronger connection to who you are beyond performance. If you're looking for someone who sees beyond the stats and values the person behind the performance. I’d be honored to work with you!
