Navigating life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. As an LSCSW who graduated with my master's in 2017, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families in various settings, including hospice, hospital and inpatient psychiatric units, and doctor's offices. This diverse background, which includes working through the unique challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, has equipped me with a deep understanding of complex life circumstances. My eclectic approach is centered on a belief that the mind and body are profoundly connected. I draw from Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based therapies to empower you as you navigate issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, loss, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can tap into your innate strengths and find a path forward.
