Cheryl DeWitt
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
Hello! I'm Cheryl. Are you ready to find some relief from that feeling of being overwhelmed?
You aren't living. You are surviving. Nothing brings you joy anymore. You feel drained and even small tasks feel too hard. You're tired of hearing others solutions; go for a walk, get more sleep, work out, eat healthier. You feel misunderstood so instead you say "I'm fine." It's not a lie. You do feel FINE...Fucked up. Insecure. Neurotic. Emotional. Some days you feel "meh." Other days the emptiness, the hollowness, is so unbearable thoughts of unaliving yourself seem to be the only option. You want to feel relief. You miss your old self and want to feel better about yourself. You remember what it was like to have an appetite and feel rested. You can feel that spark again. Bottom line you can feel again. Ready to start living again instead of just surviving? You've come this far. I encourage you to go just a bit more by calling me or sending me an email. "Once you choose hope, anything is possible" (Christopher Reeve).
