I have been practicing therapy for 10+ years and have a background in psychology (UCSC alum), social work and equine assisted psychotherapy. I believe in the healing power of music and animals as well as nature and exercise. I utilize evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy alongside depth work to assist you in understanding why you do the things you do and how your beliefs came serve you.
