Thanks for clicking on my profile! I am a social worker with 20 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. I love working with people who are trying to figure out who they are, what they want, and how they have been shaped by their lives so far. I consider myself a relational therapist, meaning that I find (and research shows) that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of the work. Therefore, I make an effort to get to know and understand you and use our relationship to deepen your knowledge of yourself and your needs. I also bring psychodynamic, narrative, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies into session. I like to think that therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable, and I'm hoping you will find that as well!
