I'm dedicated to providing a safe space for you to openly explore various challenges impacting your life.
Hello! I strive to be trauma-informed and culturally sensitive in my therapeutic approach. I often incorporate values, acceptance-based strategies, self-compassion, and mindfulness techniques into my work with clients. My hope is to create a safe space for clients to feel empowered to face and manage their suffering, learn what makes them resilient, and work toward what they value. I have a passion for working with the emerging adult population and the unique challenges they face. I am also passionate about working with clients experiencing interpersonal trauma, grief, and life transitions. I am currently being supervised by Dr. Clare Edwards, PSY33082.
