Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
I have been working in the mental health field for 12 years. I have made it my career goal to help others during their most vulnerable moments.
Accepting new clients! I specialize in working with youth ages 12 and older, parents, and family dynamics. I also work with adults. The mental health issues I specialize in are: depression and suicidal thoughts/ideation, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, trauma history or disorders, oppositional defiance, ADHD, parenting, peer relationships, self-esteem, sexual abuse, and sexually problematic behaviors. I also specialize in family reintegration and boundary setting. Therapy should be about improving yourself and learning the tools to do that effectively. I have been working in the mental health field for 12 years. I have made it my career goal to help others during their most vulnerable moments. My hope is to help navigate the issues in your life so you have the confidence to tackle life's issues whatever they may be, and give you a greater sense of freedom. My treatment approach is based around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is trauma focused. I also use family systems. I use a Client Centered approach and strength-based techniques. I can give you a foundation for managing your life and emotions.
