19 years in practice

I have nearly 20 years of professional experience in treating children and adults with a broad range of mental health challenges and concerns.

During my professional career, I have treated clients in both outpatient and hospital settings for a broad range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, mood dysregulation, relational problems, and substance abuse. Most recently, I have developed a passion for treatment of trauma. I seek to customize psychotherapy through a collaborative approach that recognizes client strengths and pulls from a variety of approaches. Rather than just patching up symptoms, I want to guide my clients to a greater sense of wholeness and resilience. In addition to my clinical licenses, I have a number of official certifications for treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder.
