I'm an EMDR trained therapist who helps clients move beyond their trauma's into healthy, loving relationships with themselves and others.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of past trauma or unresolved emotions, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, affirming space where your story is honored and your healing is prioritized. As an ally of LGBTQ+ and POC communities, I’m committed to helping you feel seen, safe, and supported. Together, we’ll explore how your past is shaping your present—and build a path toward a more empowered, grounded future. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from narrative and relational-cultural approaches, but more importantly, I stay flexible and responsive to what feels most helpful for you. Whether you're working through childhood experiences, relationship challenges, or identity exploration, I meet you where you are—with curiosity, care, and respect. Clients who work with me often walk away with greater emotional clarity, improved self-worth, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of identity and purpose. You’ll gain tools to manage emotions, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and build a life rooted in authenticity and connection. I work with children 12+ and young adults moving through trauma, OCD, life changes, relationships, & ADHD
