(She/Her/Hers)
Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I run a group practice with several therapists specializing in addiction, trauma. couples, life changes, depression, anxiety, and disordered eating.
Do you feel powerless, anxious, or depressed? Do you have trouble identifying goals, staying motivated, or feeling connected with friends or family? Do you use coping mechanisms that aren't always healthy to feel better and want to change but don't know another way? You have options and choices; my job is to help you rediscover your potential and connect to your power so you can make informed choices for how you want to live your life. You don't have to settle; you can break old patterns or habits and heal past traumas and hurts. We have lots of opportunities to make choices in life; are you ready to choose you? I (she/hers) offer evening and weekend sessions as an addiction specialist and a general mental health practitioner. I have additional training in trauma, dialectical behavioral therapy, victim advocacy for survivors of gender based violence, and in providing affirming and responsive treatment to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Autistic populations. Sometimes life is hard and we need help. You don't have to struggle alone; change can be challenging and help is available. There's no shame in needing help, but if we need help and don't accept it, sometimes things go from bad to worse. Contact me for a free phone or video consultation - change starts with you.
