Cecile Michelotti

I am passionate about helping individuals process and heal from difficult life experiences, transitions, and relationships. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and have been working with people who have experienced trauma for several years. I also use interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with anxiety and depression. Ultimately, my goal is to help you get to a place where you feel safe, calm, and regulated so you can tap into the existing competent person you are. I believe you have everything inside of you that you need to heal. My job is to help bring those parts out and strengthen them.
