Catherine (Katie) LaBar
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
I work with a dedicated focus to help my clients achieve and sustain a high quality of mental health.
I have been in the field for about 6 years. My ambition is to offer a variety of evidence-based interventions to address your individual needs. I have found that the most important aspect of the counseling process is often the relationship I establish with my client, with the goal of providing them with the skills to decrease the need for ongoing therapy support. I have a special interest in helping individuals to resolve trauma and build resilience.
