I work collaboratively on clarifying values, finding motivators for change, and increasing confidence. I also specialize in academic-related stressors.

I have been engaged in clinical practice for the past 15 years. My current practice is focused on assisting individuals with better understanding themselves and their identities, clarifying concerns, and moving toward their "dream" life. I specialize in life changes and transitions of all kinds (career, academic, relationships, athlete status, health status, and balancing academics-work-relationships). I also work with grief, loss, relationships, and trauma. I have particular expertise in treating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. I love utilizing self-compassion as a motivator for change. We cannot hate ourselves into a version we love - let's work together to make things happen for you, from a place of feeling better and less discouraged or "stuck." I value our shared humanity, while appreciating diverse lived experiences. I am a behavioral scientist, motivator, and psychologist. I identify as a biracial, multicultural cis woman. I believe in both support AND skill building for therapy to be most effective. I accept clients of all backgrounds and identities in my practice.
