I am passionate about helping clients develop the tools to manage trauma, anxiety and suffering.

I look forward to meeting you and working collaboratively. I have my Master's in Counseling and have spent the last year working at The Well in Downtown Mesa as a part of an integrative and holistic team treating a range of people from all walks of life. I have volunteered abroad serving in Togo, West Africa, Guyana, South America, Mexico, and Cambodia. These experiences have and continue to shape my counseling perspective. I like to integrate a few different approaches: expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and internal family systems (IFS). Sitting with clients is a great honor for me, as I know how much courage and vulnerability it takes to show up and do your work in therapy. The Well is a beautiful, creative and comfortable space that focuses on processing trauma through experiential methods - I'd love to connect with you to see if I'd be a good fit for your needs!
