I provide a relaxed, supportive space where I gently challenge you to grow. Together, we can work through whatever you’re struggling with.

Welcome to a Different Kind of Therapeutic Space! If you have ever felt like therapy should feel less like a clinical exam and more like a meaningful conversation, you are in the right place. My name is Cassie Enriquez, and my goal is to provide a space where you can kick off your shoes (metaphorically or literally), take a deep breath, and finally feel heard. In my practice, I prioritize a relaxed session environment. I believe that true healing and vulnerability can only happen when you feel safe and comfortable. We aren’t here to check boxes or follow a rigid, cold protocol. We are here to explore the complexities of your life in a setting that feels grounded, authentic, and human. Every stage of life brings its own unique set of "struggles." My practice is built on the idea that no matter where you are in your journey, you deserve a dedicated advocate who understands the developmental and emotional nuances of your specific age group. Anxiety & OCD: We live in a world that demands a lot from us, and sometimes the brain’s "alarm system" gets stuck in the 'on' position. Whether you’re dealing with the constant hum of generalized anxiety or the intrusive, repetitive cycles of OCD, we will work together to quiet the noise and help you regain control. Trauma & Grief: These are perhaps the heaviest burdens a person can carry. Trauma and grief change the way we see the world and ourselves. I provide a trauma-informed space where we process these experiences at your pace, ensuring you never feel pushed, but always feel supported. Life Transitions: Sometimes, the struggle isn't a "disorder"—it's just life. Moving, changing careers, entering or leaving relationships, or becoming a parent can shake our identity. I help you find your North Star during these periods of flux. Personality Disorders: Navigating a personality disorder can feel isolating. I offer a non-judgmental, highly structured yet warm environment to help you understand your patterns, improve your relationships, and build a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
