I am eager to work with individuals and help them get to where they want to be in life. I focus on building a strong rapport to aid in your experience.
“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” -Brené Brown Cassi specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, complex and generational trauma, relationship issues/peer relationships, suicidal thoughts, self-harming tendencies, challenging life transitions, self-esteem, and identity issues. Her approach prioritizes the development of the client and therapist rapport. Cassi recognizes the vulnerability in coming to therapy and seeks to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to share your story and make desired changes. Cassi received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. Cassi’s general therapy style is based in the modalities of person-centered, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, and trauma processing. She recognizes the uniqueness of every individual and will adapt to a modality that is most suitable for you. Cassi has formal training in EMDR, CBT, OCD/ERP and DBT therapy.
