Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Warm, curious, and collaborative therapy for folks feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change—rooted in honesty, humor, and self-trust.
Hi! I offer therapy that’s warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t have to be mysterious—or serious all the time. I enjoy working with folks and their relationships when life feels stuck, overwhelming, or unclear. My approach blends the science of how our brains and bodies respond to stress, the focus of coaching, and the wisdom of relational healing traditions from many different cultural and lived experiences. Therapy can be weird sometimes; in the good way. We might laugh, sit with hard stuff, or try things that feel a little out there. My goal is to make the process feel more understandable and human, not like you’re doing it wrong or have to figure it all out alone. You can expect honesty, curiosity, and space to reconnect with your own voice, values, and direction. Let’s see what healing or change might look like—together.
