I focus on strengthening meaningful relationships that have become a struggle: whether that be with a partner, colleagues, culture, or even with yourself.

I practice from a trauma-informed, multicultural lens, and am particularly gifted at working with inter-cultural dynamics in relationships. By coaching folx out of old patterns, and teaching the skills needed to integrate and retain new ones, clients have been consistently able to be more communicative and empathetic. With that in mind, change is often challenging in implementing the changes we want and need in our lives inside and outside of therapy. And you’re not alone in creating the change you want in your life and relationships. I identify as a social justice driven clinician, first-generation immigrant, Pinxy/Filipinx-Japanese American, Bakla/Gender Queer. My experiences as a marginalized person informs how I show up with you. In seeking to be in a healing relationship with me, know I strive to be curious, straightforward, collaborative and compassionate.
