My therapy style is warm and interactive. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

A little bit about me, I am Casey Albrizio, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, specializing in helping young adults overcome challenging obstacles and build the foundation for a positive future. I have had experience in helping others navigate depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflict, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/Attention Deficit Disorder. My therapy style is warm and interactive. During sessions, I commonly channel a strengths-based approach which is a positive form of psychotherapy that focuses and draws attention to your strengths. This will increase positive thinking and allow you to build on your best qualities, ultimately improving resilience and providing the necessary tools to problem solve. My biggest strength is meeting you where you are at in your story, through understanding and compassion. I truly believe that change comes from within and cannot be forced by external sources. During our sessions, I will help you recognize and understand the connection between your thoughts and feelings, allowing you the opportunity to make any necessary changes to grow.
