Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Creating space for those to feel heard and encouraged.
Greetings! My name is Casey and I have been in the field for 4 years. When joining in on your journey, I’ll aim to create a space to explore and process your story. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and encouraged. I provide a confidential and warm environment. I use an integrative approach. However, strength-based and person-centered therapy are what I consider my therapeutic foundation. I also find joy in offering and incorporating expressive arts when working with others. I believe that art can provide a beautiful and unique way of processing.
