I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I received my Master of Science from Radford University. I have been working with children, adolescents and families since 2002. I provide individual, couples and family counseling. With my younger clients I utilize play therapy, for my adolescent and adult clients I typically utilize Cognitive-Behavioral interventions, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other interventions as deemed appropriate. I offer online therapy in Virginia and specialize in anxiety and depression therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid, Optima Health Plan, Optum, Sentara Healthcare, and United HealthCare, and accept out-of-pocket payments.
