Cass believes therapy is a space for both depth and genuine human connection—one where laughter is welcome alongside meaningful work.

Hi! I'm Cass. I believe therapy is a space for both depth and genuine human connection—one where laughter is welcome alongside meaningful work. While sessions will include important, sometimes challenging conversations, I also value humor as a tool for healing. Creating an atmosphere of warmth, ease, and occasional lightness helps foster a sense of safety, connection, and the freedom for my clients to be their full selves. I've graduated from Edgewood University with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in work with individuals, couples, and polycules. My approach is grounded in, but not limited to, attachment style-based perspectives, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). At the heart of my work I believe that each person is the expert of their own life—my role is simply to support, guide, and collaborate with you as you navigate it. I have an interest in sex therapy and continue to deepen my knowledge to better support my clients exploring intimacy, desire, and sexual wellbeing concerns. I have worked with survivors of sexual trauma and partners navigating monogamous and polyamorous relationships, offering care that is client-centered, inclusive, and proudly queer-affirming. Whether you are seeking deeper healing or simply needing a space where you can just show up as you are, I aim to create an environment where you will feel seen, supported, and empowered.
