It's time to feel better. Compassionate, strengths-based, affirming care is here to help.

As a clinician, I am deeply honored to support individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and marital or family conflicts. I also find great fulfillment in helping clients uncover their life’s purpose and pursue it with clarity and passion. My approach is pragmatic and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and psychoeducation. I believe in addressing the whole person—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially—as a cornerstone of effective care. My own faith informs and inspires my clinical work, guiding me to approach each client with empathy and intention. Taking the step to seek help can feel overwhelming, but it’s a courageous and vital choice toward health and wellness. If we work together, you can trust that you’ll be met with compassion, respect, and support every step of the way.
