Carrie Jackson, CMPC, is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping athletes strengthen their mental game. Based in Northern California, she works with athletes online worldwide, specializing in performance anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, chronic illness, injury recovery, and life transitions. Widely recognized as one of the leading experts on the mental and emotional challenges of sports injury, Carrie is the co-author of Rebound: Train Your Mind to Bounce Back Stronger from Sports Injuries and co-host of The Injured Athletes Club podcast. She is also the author of On Top of Your Game: Mental Skills to Maximize Your Athletic Performance. Carrie has coached thousands of athletes and coaches to master their mindset so they can perform with more confidence, consistency, and enjoyment.
