Carrie Jackson, CMPC, is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping athletes navigate both the mental demands of high performance and the emotional challenges that come with it. Carrie is widely recognized as a leading expert in the mental and emotional impact of sports injury. She is the co-author of Rebound: Train Your Mind to Bounce Back Stronger from Sports Injuries and co-host of The Injured Athletes Clubpodcast, where she helps athletes feel less alone in the recovery process.
