I look forward to meeting with you. I have over 20 years of experience in multiple practice settings prior to ending up in my current private practice setting. As a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Certified Practitioner and Registered Play Therapist my training enables me to treat trauma, depression, anxiety and variety of other clinical issues. Honoring each person's unique perspective, I work with clients to help guide them as they learn to manage difficult feelings, enhance their ability to cope with stress, change destructive patterns, grieve loss of all kinds, adjust to life transitions, and find a renewed sense of hope in their lives. My philosophy and approach toward therapy is based on the belief that every person has the capacity to grow and make changes in their life. Through a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship I provide guidance and help each person build upon their unique strengths in order to achieve their goals.
