I believe therapy can be a safe space to better understand the feelings you have and grow into being the best version of yourself.

I firmly believe that anyone can benefit from counseling. Throughout a person’s life there are many ups and downs that may lead a person to feelings of stress, anxiety, or other negative emotions. I believe therapy can be a safe space to better understand those feelings you have and grow into being the best version of yourself. I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing relationship issues, struggling to adjust to life transitions, and perinatal mental health (including TTC, IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum). I work with individuals and couples, adolescent and older. My therapeutic style is a focus on CBT, person-centered, and motivational interviewing. I believe that each client is the expert of their own lives and that therapy is a tool a person can use in order to overcome many obstacles they may face.
