Caroline Gregory is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She is board certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Sociology minor. She obtained a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. Caroline provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of work include but are not limited to those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, communication issues, bullying, low self-esteem, self-criticism, impulsivity, self-harm, addiction, and substance use disorders. Her theoretical approach is integrative and dynamic, based on the individuals needs and interests which include evidence-based therapies. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-focused, Mindfulness-based, Motivational Interviewing, Christian Counseling, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy utilizing a collaborative, genuine, creative, and at times humorous therapeutic style. Caroline strives to offer a warm, encouraging, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves. When she’s not in the office, Caroline is spending time with her German Shorthaired Pointer Lola, tending to her plants, traveling, and going to the beach.
