(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Psychotherapist
Together, we’ll work to understand what’s driving your experiences, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and explore what’s possible.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by patterns that keep repeating in your life or relationships? Perhaps stress, anxiety, self-criticism, or fatigue leave you feeling drained, disconnected, or like something isn’t quite aligned. Have you found that traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully addressed what’s going on beneath the surface? You’re not alone. Many people carry strength and challenge side by side, even when things look “fine” from the outside. In working together, we can slow things down to explore the roots of your patterns, including how your thoughts, emotions, and body respond to stress and past experiences. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and mindfulness. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you are recognized as the expert in your own story and I support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.
