I provide a warm, inviting (and sometimes playful!) space for deeply feeling humans looking to understand their unique experiences.

Hello! I am glad you are here. Have you ever felt as though you are a “highly sensitive person”? Maybe you identify with feeling simultaneously like you are “too much” and “not enough." Outwardly, you might have mastered appearing as though you “have it all together” and can “do it all.” Inside, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and like your body is saying that it’s all too much. I am here for you. I provide a warm, inviting, and sometimes playful, space for deeply feeling humans across the lifespan (ages 5-105) looking to understand their unique sensitivities and navigate the often fast, loud, and insensitive world around us. Together, we can walk toward the experience of discerning what it means to thrive… in embracing exactly who you are. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. As appropriate, I incorporate trauma-informed interventions such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside person-centered mindfulness and creative techniques, like artistic expression, movement, and sandplay. Feel free to reach out for a consultation to explore our fit together.
