Carolina Sanchez

Grounded in an insight-oriented care approach, Carolina Sanchez helps individuals in Beachwood, Ohio, develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. A bilingual Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been in practice since 2017, she earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. Carolina specializes in supporting patients as they explore previous painful experiences and the resulting emotional effects on their current well-being. By facilitating this exploration, she guides individuals toward inner peace, self-compassion, and lasting healing. Her clinical work primarily focuses on addressing anxiety, depression, postpartum disorders, and women’s issues. In her practice, she utilizes therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Parenting Skills. Carolina offers services in both English and Spanish to adults and seniors. Outside of her clinical sessions, she enjoys traveling, cooking, taking nature walks with her dog, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
