    Picture Board Certified Telemental Health Providers have specialized training in ethical clinical use of 21st century technology only for those who do not have normal access to the counseling office including extreme rural areas of the United States, established clients living and working overseas as well as established clients living in other states in which the counselor is licensed. Services are provided following the local laws and regulations where the client is physically located. To maintain the BC-TMH providers must stay current in this dynamic and growing field through on-going and intentional continuing education with a minimum of 4 clocks hours specific to telemental health every year in addition to other ethical and clinical skills education.+ + The BC-TMH is a joint effort between the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and the Southside Telehealth Training Academy and Resource Center (STAR).
