Hi, my name is CJ, and I'm here to help. I am passionate about supporting clients, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, through trauma and grief.

Whether you need a safe place to let go of what you're carrying, or just need a little support to better understand yourself, I will go into the dark places with you and help you find hope. My work focuses on self-discovery, self-compassion, and mindfulness. In our sessions, we will explore root causes of the challenges you face. Along the way, I'll support you in building coping strategies that genuinely work for you. My ultimate goal is to gently guide you towards improving your life in ways that feel safe, kind, and sustainable. I'd love to support you individually or as a couple on your journey. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation, and I'll help you determine if I'm the right therapist for you.
