I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help you see how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We will identify unhelpful patterns and practice healthier ways of thinking. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A). I bring both my education and a personal passion for helping others to every session. I’m eager to continue learning and growing in my work, which is why I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling, focusing on Traumatology. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, I enjoy time with my yellow lab, Miller, as well as family and friends. I love needlepointing, browsing HomeGoods, and cooking. I understand how small joys and connections matter, and I bring that empathy to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
