I work with adolescents and adults who appear "fine" but feel stuck or overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, life transitions or low self-esteem.

If you're tired of overthinking, questioning yourself, or persistent symptoms, therapy can help. Together, we will build healthier coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and create meaningful changes so you feel more resilient, balanced, and in control of your life. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help you see how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We will identify unhelpful patterns and practice healthier ways of thinking. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A). I bring both my education and a personal passion for helping others to every session. I’m eager to continue learning and growing in my work, which is why I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling, focusing on Traumatology. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, I enjoy time with my yellow lab, Miller, as well as family and friends. I love needlepointing, browsing HomeGoods, and cooking. I understand how small joys and connections matter, and I bring that empathy to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
