Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Work (LSCSW)
I strive to tailor a therapy process to meet the individual needs of each client through an empathic and compassionate lens.
Welcome to my page, I'm glad you stopped by. Navigating the transitions we experience during our lifetime can be difficult. Depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss can cause difficulties in our work, relationships with others and with ourself. It is during these times, it can be helpful to seek out support. Over the past 20 + years, I have had the pleasure of being a part of the journey of others, helping people help themselves within the therapeutic process. I am an LSCSW with a Masters in social work from Loyola University of Chicago. I am interested in helping individuals discover (or re-discover) their strengths, to help manage life stressors. I utilize several therapeutic modalities including, Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. No matter the therapeutic model, I believe the most important part of the healing process is connection within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to tailor a therapy process to meet the individual needs of each client through an empathic and compassionate lens. if you believe I could be of help, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
