20 years in practice

Experienced psychologist providing general and speciality care in an inclusive space for LGB, queer, poly, and trans folks!

With over 20 years of experience, I provide therapy for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have specialized training in grief and loss, perinatal mental health, women’s health, perimenopause and menopause, and trauma. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful and effective therapy. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences at your own pace. I work with the mental, emotional, and somatic aspects of healing, recognizing how deeply interconnected they are. I hope that through our work together, you experience relief from distress, improved well-being, and a greater sense of balance and resilience. I commonly draw from behavioral, somatic, narrative, and EMDR approaches, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
