I am skilled at working with a variety of individuals and ages on issues ranging from depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief, self-esteem, anger, and behavioral concerns. I specialize in maternal mental health. Using an eclectic approach, I pull from treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person centered counseling. I tailor each person’s therapeutic experience to suit their specific needs, taking in to account their particular strengths. I work hard to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, and conduct my sessions in a way that promotes unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness.
