I have the privilege of watching people change and grow in healthy ways. I am Cara Boyd, a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). I have experience working as a Social Worker in public schools and at a crisis center. I specialized in working with people who have experienced trauma with additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also treated general anxiety and depression.
